Facial Sagging
WonderFace may help support firmer-looking skin and facial tone in areas affected by mild sagging, particularly around the cheeks, jawline and lower face. More significant laxity may require a different lifting approach.

The Treatment
WonderFace is a non-invasive facial treatment developed using Spanish technology. It combines Synchronised Radiofrequency with Neuromuscular emissions to support skin firmness, facial muscle tone and overall facial contour.
The treatment is designed for concerns such as mild facial sagging, reduced firmness, early jowling and changes in skin texture. It works on both the skin and facial muscles, making it a dual-action option for facial rejuvenation. A personalised consultation is recommended to determine if it is suitable for your skin condition and treatment goals.
How It Works
WonderFace combines Synchronised Radiofrequency with Neuromuscular emissions to target both the skin and facial muscles.
The radiofrequency delivers controlled heat into the deeper layers of the skin, where it is designed to support collagen and elastin activity associated with firmness and elasticity. At the same time, low-frequency neuromuscular currents stimulate facial muscle contractions, which may help support muscle tone and definition.
This dual approach is intended to improve the appearance of skin firmness, texture and facial contour. Treatment areas and settings are adjusted according to your skin condition, facial structure and goals during consultation.
Concerns
WonderFace may help support firmer-looking skin and facial tone in areas affected by mild sagging, particularly around the cheeks, jawline and lower face. More significant laxity may require a different lifting approach.
Neuromuscular emissions stimulate facial muscle contractions that may help support muscle tone and improve the appearance of facial definition in areas such as the cheeks, forehead and neck.
WonderFace may help firm the area beneath the chin when skin laxity or reduced muscle tone contributes to a softer contour. If fullness is mainly caused by fat, another treatment may be more suitable.
Radiofrequency delivers controlled heat into the deeper layers of the skin to support collagen and elastin activity, which may help improve the appearance of skin texture and firmness over time.
Considerations
WonderFace uses radiofrequency to support collagen and elastin activity, which may help improve the appearance of skin firmness, texture and fine lines over time.
Neuromuscular emissions stimulate controlled facial muscle contractions that may help support muscle tone, contour and definition.
The treatment may temporarily increase local circulation in the treated areas, which can contribute to a refreshed appearance after treatment.
WonderFace does not involve needles, incisions or surgery. This makes it a non-invasive option for people who prefer minimal downtime and a gentler treatment approach.
Changes in firmness, tone and facial definition may become more noticeable over a course of treatment. Results vary between individuals, and maintenance sessions may be recommended depending on your treatment plan.
Important note: WonderFace is non-invasive, but temporary warmth, redness or mild sensitivity may still occur. Results and suitability vary between individuals, so a consultation is important before treatment.
Suitability
Only a doctor can confirm this. The points below are a guide to the conversation, not a self-assessment.
WonderFace may suit people with mild facial sagging, reduced firmness, early jowling or changes in facial muscle tone who prefer a non-invasive treatment without needles or surgery. During consultation, your doctor will assess your skin condition, degree of laxity, facial structure, medical history and previous treatments before confirming if WonderFace is appropriate for your goals.
WonderFace may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, for people with pacemakers or other implanted electronic devices, or for those who have recently undergone facial surgery. Certain medical conditions or severe skin conditions in the treatment area may also affect suitability. This is not a complete list, and your doctor will review your health and treatment history before recommending the procedure.
Suitability requires doctor assessment. Neither list above is complete, and neither replaces a consultation.
Ask the doctor about your caseYour Treatment Journey
Knowing what happens at each stage can make your treatment feel more straightforward. From consultation to aftercare, the experience is planned around your skin condition, facial concerns and comfort.
Your doctor reviews your skin condition, degree of laxity, medical history and previous facial treatments. The skin is cleansed before treatment, and you may be advised to avoid aggressive skin treatments or intense sun exposure beforehand.
The WonderFace device is applied to the selected facial areas, delivering Synchronised Radiofrequency and Neuromuscular emissions. You may feel warmth, gentle pulsing and controlled muscle contractions. A typical session takes around 25 minutes, with settings adjusted for comfort.
Minimal downtime is expected. Temporary warmth, mild redness or sensitivity may occur. Use a gentle moisturiser and sun protection, and avoid saunas, steam baths or very hot showers for about 24 hours. Contact the clinic if redness, swelling or discomfort becomes persistent or unusual.
Results
Changes from WonderFace may become noticeable gradually over a course of treatment rather than all at once. Some people may notice early improvements in skin firmness or facial tone after the first few sessions, while changes linked to collagen and elastin support can continue to develop over time.
How long the results last can vary depending on your skin condition, age, lifestyle and treatment plan. Periodic maintenance sessions may be recommended to help support the results. Individual outcomes and longevity vary.
WonderFace is usually performed as a course of multiple sessions rather than a single treatment. The current treatment page recommends spacing sessions around one to two weeks apart, but the exact number should be personalised according to your skin condition, degree of laxity and treatment goals.
Your doctor will recommend the initial treatment course and advise if maintenance sessions may be helpful over time.
Typical treatment time per session.
Four sessions are commonly used as an initial treatment course.
Sessions are commonly scheduled about one week apart.
Safety and Aftercare
WonderFace is non-invasive and typically involves minimal downtime, so most people can return to their usual activities soon after treatment. Temporary warmth, mild redness or slight sensitivity may occur in the treated areas and usually settles within a short period.
More noticeable or persistent redness, swelling or discomfort should be reviewed by the clinic. Your doctor will explain what to expect after treatment and provide aftercare guidance based on your skin condition and treatment plan.
